These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and the appliance-repair services we provide. By using this site, requesting a quote, or booking service, you agree to these Terms. We are an independent appliance-repair business and are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by any appliance manufacturer.

Services

We provide diagnosis, maintenance and repair of residential appliances. Service availability, parts and turnaround times depend on the appliance, its condition, and parts supply. Booking a visit does not guarantee that a repair can be completed on the first visit.

Booking & scheduling

You can request service by phone or through our online booking link. Please provide accurate contact details, the appliance model, and a description of the problem, and make sure a responsible adult and safe access to the appliance are available during the appointment window. Appointment windows are estimates and may shift due to earlier jobs, traffic or parts.

Estimates, pricing & payment

Any prices, diagnostic fees and time estimates shown on this site or quoted before a visit are planning figures, not a final quote. We confirm the diagnostic fee and a repair estimate before performing chargeable work, and parts are subject to availability and manufacturer pricing. Payment is due on completion of the work unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship. The specific parts and labor warranty that applies to your repair is described on your service invoice or estimate. Manufacturer warranties on parts and appliances are separate and are handled under the manufacturer’s terms. Warranty does not cover new or unrelated faults, misuse, or work performed by others.

Cancellations & rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as possible. Repeated missed appointments or cancellations on short notice may be subject to a trip or scheduling fee, which we will tell you about in advance.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide safe, lawful access to the appliance and work area, to disclose known hazards, and to give accurate information. You are responsible for backing up or removing food, contents and valuables from the appliance before service where applicable.

Limitation of liability

We perform services with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for pre-existing conditions, indirect or consequential losses, or for damage caused by the age or condition of the appliance. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Website content & trademarks

The text, images and design of this website are our property or used with permission and may not be copied without consent. Brand and product names (including Sub-Zero and Wolf) are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only to describe the appliances we service; their use does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

Third-party services

Online booking and some other features are provided by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or websites linked from this site.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the “last updated” date below will change accordingly. Continued use of the site or our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
